absolutely no doubt there

Sorry to hear of the list of things to do on the car Ben. I hate car park dings.

I know once you get around to doing it though, it will bring back a smile on the dial.

Also congrats on your upcoming nuptials. That's coming from someone who has had 14 years in that game.
Cheers

Congratulations Ben :D
Baby seat for next mod.
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

Again, congrats mate! They are cute at the Jellybean stage and even cuter when you meet them for the first time!

Hopefully ISOFIX willo be introduced properly as it makes for some good improvements in seating choices!

I asked the question at Baby Bunting about ISOFIX seats. Apparently due into stores Dec or Jan.

Our number 2 is due end of Feb, and want to get number 1 used to his new seat.

Was also told to expect a stupidly excessive price premium over "normal" seats - in the range of $600 when first released

Is it something you can import or not really?

I assume there is no authority that checks if your baby seats are australian sold?

To my knowledge, no other country uses the top tether. This is the bit that makes it hard with importing as this is required under the Australian version of ISOFIX.
This is the bit that is going to mean we have to pay aussie prices for these seats.

We were in Denmark last year visiting my cousin when #1 wasn't quite 2 years old. Seat when in easily into rear of BMW, job done. No top tether.

With sign-posted speed limits of 130km/h, and having most locals travel faster than that, my thoughts are that if it's ok for them, it should be ok for us, buuuuuuuuuuut the Aussie rule book says NO

Soooo... been a while. I've just fixed up the photo links in the rest of the thread (the ones I could find anyway)

Since I last posted, we now have two baby seats in the back seat. I can strongly recommend that you don't ever buy the Mother's Choice Cruise, as the design is stupid and does not play nicely at all with ALR/ELR seat belts - we're pretty much going to have to get the belt taken off the car to get Toby's seat out :angry2:

I also have the following new body mod :bad: :no2: :no2: :no2: :no2: :no2:
