Thanks Jack, that's definitely an event I'd like to go to! Unfortunately work commitments won't allow it for me either :( if it were on a weekend I'd be putting my hand up!

But mods have slowly progressed, because I can't help myself.

Kobe Motorsport Hybrid 50/50 BOV - thanks to jacks-GTB
Quality at a great price and it's not too loud to attract any unwanted attention. Very happy with it!
Just need to trim a bit off the original engine cover when I have the time.

6000k 6 SMD LED parkers and number plate lights.
16 SMD LED panel for room light - blue

JDM/USDM GT Spec.B badges - thanks to SubiB4
Not sure on the configuration I'll put these in. Pondering thoughts of debadging the "Liberty" off the back and just having these two, or keeping it looking factory-like with GT on the left and Liberty Spec.B on right.

...and a photo of my favourite place to be :D

Also patiently waiting for an ECU DataScan to arrive...more gadgets!
Dump pipe in the very near future and then a KiDo tune in late August! Fun times ahead! :D

Needs more low! :P

Get off the mud tracks man. Take your dads foz for that :D Purpose built machine 8)

I have the same GT badge as pictured. I kinda wished I'd have bought the one that suits the Gen4 (same font) as the one we have (Gen3) is different font :( Oh well. I agree though, GT on left, Spec.B below Liberty on Right.

Also patiently waiting for ECUdatascan.. Getting anxious haha

Loving your car too mate. When are you getting a new set of wheels?

I'd love to go more low! ...if I go back up to visit the parents I think I'll almost have trouble tackling the driveway of their property as it is :? ...I guess coilovers would solve that! ..at least that's what I tell myself so I'll save up for them

Those photos are the dirtiest the car has ever been, went up to Huon Hill lookout in Wodonga....it had been raining previously and there was fair bit of mud. Every other day, she stays on the blacktop :)

I'll be needing a new set of tyres in the next month or two and I'd love to get new wheels at the same time but not sparing much dosh at the moment. Just got it transferred into ACT rego and 12 months comprehensive insurance which put quite a nasty hole in my pocket. I don't mind these wheels, they've really grown on me...but ideally I'd like something with a more aggressive offset. I'll probably suss out the suspension before worrying wheels.

When I got the badges I did notice that the GT badge is slightly different, kind of a chiselled edged font, but didn't know they are the Gen 3 badge. Ah well, a GT badge is better than no GT Badge :)

Got my X-Force 3" mild steel dump pipe and SS 100 cell cat fitted today. Very happy with it! Highly recommend Powatone Exhaust in Fyshwick, if you're in Canberra

I did reset the ECU via ECU Datascan (not sure if this did anything)
The difference:
Boost comes on earlier
Boosts higher - 14psi in first and swings to 16 in second and third
Much throatier and raspy note
Before the it was fitted, it did a 0-100 in 7.1 seconds...went back to the same spot after it was fitted and got 6.8 seconds :D
Awaiting a tune by Matt (KiDo_Tuning) in 11 days!

Thanks guys :)

I'm now part of the group of very happy KiDo tuned customers as of Wednesday night.
Once again, thanks for the tune Matt. It's so smooth and I'm loving what was done with the DBW and SI drive. I mode is ridiculously smooth, S now pulls as hard as S# used to and now S# is just incredible. It pulls hard. Plant the foot even in 6th and it'll pull! There is one problem....I think I'm getting addicted to S# :P
Economy is great too, when I'm just putting along around town I'm averaging 9.8L/100km, haven't had it out on the hwy yet to test the economy, but regardless I can't be happier.
Estimated power was around 180-190kw at the wheels, it'd be good to get it on the drag strip for some real numbers. Won't be for a while though...bum dyno reads very high which is the important part!

It'll easily lose traction when giving it a boot off the line, and even more so when going around corners in first/second gear. I think the next step is rear swaybar to get rid of the understeer.

Also, hit the engine bay with a good degreasing then high pressure spray. Trimmed a bit of the engine cover so it would clear my BOV. Got rid of that coolant line white residue. And finally replaced the four missing little plastic clips, one for the air snorkel and three for the engine cover.
Wouldn't mind getting an aftermarket TMIC in the future, and a strut brace for a bit of bling......for some reason my wish list is growing........

Yes the first two pics make it look like I'm on coilovers, because it's so low....but the next two pics show that the opposite wheels are fully extended due to a ditch, putting all the weight on the front left and rear right shocks/wheels (where I took the first two pics) ;)

That's a great result mate! So you've done a TBE, aftermarket BOV to get those numbers?
