Just a few more random shots...

Ignore the bumsag, it still had my old set of wheels/tyres and my toolbox in the boot.

I didn't think 5spoke rims looked any good on these cars but you've just changed my mind.

Cheers guys. In terms of 5 spoke wheels, I've always been in love with Work Meisters and never took these Volk GT-c's into consideration until I saw them for sale. Initially, I thought they were Meisters  they looked close enough and at a good price, I couldn't say no.

Installed some 15mm bolt on spacers to fill out the guards more. Brings the combined offset of the wheels to +32.

The brand of the spacers is AF Racing. Made from Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy with high tensile grade 10.9 studs. I had the option of upgrading to ARP studs which they recommend for racing use, however these are a higher grade than stock studs anyway.

With -1 degree camber, the rears clear...JUST. At highway speed, there is the occasional minor scrub in the fronts if you hit a bump (like the bumps when going onto/off a bridge). This can be easily rectified by adding a bit more camber.

The following photo is with one wheel on a ramp and the other on a ground to test if it scrubs.

How it sits now:

Very sexy wagon!

New wheels have dramatically changed the look of the car for the better compared to the previous ones.

I agree. some 5 or 6 spoke wheels can either make or break a car. These wheels are an exception to the rule.

 thanks for the positive feedback guys.

Today I received a Whiteline Roll Centre Adjust Kit and camber tops for my coilovers in the mail today. Should have them installed in the next few days, put a bit more camber in to eliminate scrubbing and then another wheel alignment!

Just a photo for documentation sake (and because I like the photo).
Brushed the cobwebs off the DSLR and went for a happy snap. Happy with the result.

Nothing has changed since last update. I have a Whiteline RCA kit and a 3D printed gauge pod (thanks discojon and tom_kauf!) ready to install but have no time! Might be a job for Easter weekend.

Love this photo, saw it in the Facebook group and couldn't scroll past without liking it

What gauges are you putting in the pod?

Thanks Bryce. I'm thinking boost in psi, oil pressure and wideband AFR.
