Joined the full HKS exhaust / ES Premium club today :)

Thanks again to Nghi and Garage88 for the supply and install.

Now have the full HKS setup from the dump pipe to muffs (Henry beat me to it by one day).

First time having upgraded exhaust, and still getting used to the sound. But liking it so far!

Loving the look from the back as well

A quick video clip shortly after G88 install. Parked next to Justin's EZ30RB turbo'd beast

I do pickup a bit more wind noise than anticipated, to the point where it drowns out the exhaust. I'll need to experiment with different mounting positions

That's a serious mid pipe, with the secondary resonator loop and the short side branch resonator!
Should sound awesome under wot and near silent at cruise.
Did you reset the ECU at all to speed the relearn?

Thanks Ben.... at 100-110km cruising its fairly quiet. And does sound pretty good under open throttle (from the quick squirts I had so far)

I'm going to take Jay's advise on different camera mounting positions to get a better capture of sound at wot

I havent touched the ECU - I was going to ask Matt to do a tweak/check on the tune on his next visit to Sydney

ECU would have been reset when the exhaust went on via a disconnected battery ;)

Thanks for the feedback fellas. Had a bit of a drive this evening.... it actually now has more of a boxer burble (it was pretty non-existent before). I'm not sure if I'm imagining it, but it also feels a touch more responsive/sensitive on the throttle pedal.

Dubbwah - i had it in S# and with paddle shifts - you can't really tell the shifts due to the amount of wind noise in the video

haha Daniel - lets just say I'm pretty much done for mods for now!

Exhaust sounds good Simon.

A sweet note & performance/response gain but quiet when cruising = winning!

Now a tune....bet it sounds better after a tune too.

Was tuned months ago and new tune was provided recently to allow for the new exhaust being fitted ;)

Cool, guess we just need some private road WOT pulls with the camera/mic in a better position!
