Mate that is fantastic

You're right will be the only one I know of anyway

The quad avcs 2.0litre liberty heads aren't far behind but yeah obviously the jdm ones take the cake

Just to be clear - Are you using quad avcs cams or have you modified the heads so you can use the single avcs cams and therefore your stock ecu?

Great to see it's up and running Jackson

Just one thing about the above - you're using 2.0litre heads??

How are you sorting this ecu wise noting the spec c heads are quad avcs?

Friggen awesome set of heads to have on a 2.5 bottom end that's for sure!! You've really gone all out here - makes me wanna hurry up and do my 2.5 ASAP

:)

Mick

ay mick,

yeah it was a bitch to fit...all different sensors...Michael had to modify the stock cams...It was a big job...but I'm pretty sure it will be one of the only 2.5 libs with 2.0 JDM BIDG PORT HEADS ....Ooo Yeah

tune is coming soon :) woot woot
whats the difference between them heads and getting a port job done on your old ones?

The heads are 02-05 jdm heads which are single avcs, just starting with a bigger casting helps to gett the port to flow.

The issue is with the old heads Bullet cylinder heads who were cnc porting them hit water, and welded them up, but they leaked, so i removed them, and sent them back, they tested them and said not leaking on the pressure tester, but you can clearly see water leaking from under the seats, so enter jdm heads, all inverted trigger cossy and kelford cams have been made with faulty triggers, and 4 cosy dealers in AU have been emailing cosworth who won't reply to anyone.
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 282&type=1

I had the issue with a kelford 4 months ago who told me that the triggers were fine, now i showed them how it was out, they tell me the need a std cam to check theirs against, as they have no std cams for the last 2 yrs  and now they have one, they won't reply and answer emails.

hence the long draw out sarga.

so don't be using bullet cylinder heads, cosy or kelford cams!
Cheers
Michael

Michael that's ridiculous

A shame to see such poor service from whom many classify as reputable

Good to see it's progressing though - can't wait to see the results of a pretty solid build

Guestimating 320 atw on pump and 360-370 on e85????

That's still decent but with a sound bottom end like the one being built, would be a shame not to push it a little!

I'm sure one of your trick wheel swaps can fix that :)

I see you're selling a gtx3076 with no rear housing....

Just saying (I'm full of ideas - most of which don't work sadly)

But we are giving away 20kw top end for torque coming on 400rpm sooner, better choice for a heavy dally drive, torque is what moves it, top end just keeps it going ;)

Hey guys,

This is an mini update: Getting my stock cams changed over next week at MSR, part of the build. We found that GSC cams aren't effected by the faulty trigger from kelford & cosworth.

http://www.power-division.com/popup_ima ... ith%20AVCS

I'll be getting S2 GSC cams, can't wait. To match my 2.0 JDM big port heads. Have to change a few sensors to match

They'll be fitted next week :)

I'll update after there in :)

Cheers jack
