Yes! Thats what I meant... ahahha! Did you notice much of a difference??

Just use a 50 - 70mm hole-saw bit to cut a hole in the bottom of the existing resonator its a lot better (as it sort of acts as a bit of filter) + a better filter and you should notice a bit of induction noise around 2500 - 4000rpm when fanging it through tunnels...etc...

PS keep the cut and just glue it back in if you dont like it. :)
Slow is the new fast... Not anymore!! Sort of...

In most states, the legal limit is 1 inch larger than factory and only 10mm wider than factory, hence for Gen4 turbo and 3L Liberty's, the legal limit will be 19" and 225 wide, but for non-turbo it will be 18" and 225 wide despite bearing a virtually identical chassis.
I was going to procrastinate, but I put it off...

I just pulled off my front badge off the grill gonna repaint my grill again coz Im not happy with what I did the first time. Which was I just masked he badge up and painted around it and there is some tiny parts (which u wouldn't notice unless I showed u) that got missed and u can see the original plastic so I'm gonna paint that properly again. But also gonna try my hand at re painting the badge.
Getting rid of the chrome stars on blue background with chrome surround
Changing to black stars on red background with black surround

After I see how that comes out I'll try do the same to my rear badge

Where did you read that? I am pretty darn certain the whole 1" bigger than stock doesn't apply anywhere in Australia.

I believe they use the allowance for overall diameter to determine which wheels you can fit legally.

QLD is +15/-26mm from stock rolling diameter. so you can fit 15" wheels with say 55 profile and 20" wheels with say 30 profile.

I just checked SA government website it lists that rim size can only be 50mm bigger than what's written on the tyre placard and tyres only 16mm bigger in rolling diameter my 235s are only 8mm in rolling diameter bigger so they are legal
It didn't say anything about tyre widths

I got told by 3 different shops that I could do it but it wouldn't fit on the liberty without rolling the guards they said nothing about being illegal.

Heaps of people run 235 even lowered without rolling. Offset would play a big factor though

Yeah I kno that's why I'm not getting a tyre place to fit my wheels on the car I'm gonna do it myself. They all tried to talk me into 225s but I'm to listening to them they couldn't give me any reason why I shouldn't it 235s besides the fact I'll have to roll my guards. On the stock suspension I know I've got plenty of clearance.

Sorry for making a comment regarding NSW rather than SA, but isn't the rules in NSW 2 inches bigger and 25 mm wider than factory ???

Car looks good mate! I've always had a bit of a soft spot for the red liberty's! just had a mate buy a red gt and it certainly looks the goods!
