So I purchased a Beatrush undertray from Troy at prospeed racing.

I have some pics of the install, took only 20mins...

What is it made of and how heavy is it compared to the OEM under tray?

The thing that concerns me about this undertray is its lack of coverage into the wheel arch. The original plastic one curves up into the wheel arch and covers amongst other things your O2 sensor, on the drivers side, and overlaps with the wheel arch liner. This one seems to miss that area altogether by the looks of things.

Any concern at all about road grime, stones etc entering?

It looks good but function wise I'm not sure....

Yeah it looks like the front swaybar bushes would be more exposed too meaning more time regreasing after heavy rain.

with the swaybar bushes, what about the rear...huh??

my ALK wasn't covered before & still isn't...

Looks a lot better than OEM one....and has air vents for the hot air to escape....

also it's aluminum

Jackson, have you had a look in your wheel arch since installing this tray. It now introduces a reasonable hole into your engine bay from your wheel arch. Is this of any concern? On the drivers side is the O2 sensor now revealed via the missing wheel arch liner and that area, which is generally very clean, will be messed up. Im just asking as I looked at one of these and felt it didn't fill all the gaps the OEM one does.

Granted, but it's a heck of a lot easier to get to the rears than it is the fronts!

Not sure about the extra benefits the vents will provide given hot air has a tendency to rise...

Are you sure those vents aren't for water?

Also, use marine grade grease

Always wanted one of these I had ideas about using this and incorporating a front splitter for more aero. looks good too

i wanted one too but my car needs the sides on it like the stock one as my filter is under the guard

i'm thinking of tiging up some aluminum sides on the beatrush.....maybe do that
