Loving the look of your car Corsair. Nice contrast and subtle cosmetic mods. Especially like he grill.

Thanks Bruce and Benny. Much appeciated. :air_kiss:
Now the lip and maybe a tail light tint to top off the theme.
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

Too rich currently for my blood, particularly when I am scaping the bottom of the car at the driveway at work without one.
Still got the polyurethene ebay one I ordered and am thinking of seeing whether I (or a panelbeater) can make that fit.

Quoted for emphasis. :P

Not a hope in hell of making the other lip work. You could possibly make it fit, but making it work...... wont happen.

+1 on the lip.

What's the point of putting stuff on your car if it's just going to look like shit because it doesn't fit properly.
You are doing a disservice to Team White. Don't deserve to have the K2 window spoiler!

Yeah, I appreciate that, but still cannot afford it, so if the one I have does not work, then it's more than likely going to be Ultrex for me. I certainly appreciate good quality and OEM parts, but I know a lip will be more than likely wind up being destroyed and am not prepared to shell out serious money for one.

So your plan is to buy one for $150 less than Aarons, which is far more prone to cracking/snapping in half.....

Solid plan there P-diddy.

Both points noted. Will consider OEM if this doesn't fit.

Went into Pedders in South Melbourne today (based on Mr Poh's recommendation and the fact I work near there) and booked in to get a rear swaybar and AVO mounts installed by the end of the week. Looking forward to seeing the difference in handling. :D

Good stuff. Prepare to be amazed. It really does redefine the ride.

Just remember that after driving a day or two in heavy rain, you'll need to get under there and re-grease the swaybar bushes or it will bind on the bar. Doesn't damage anything if you don't, but the effect of binding will be obvious enough - car will not feel quite right around corners as you feel the body fighting against the bar, causing the turn to feel difficult instead of flat and easy. Speed bumps and potholes will feel extra sharp and steep too.
I was going to procrastinate, but I put it off...

You don't need to - rain and superfine-dust are the only enemies to the grease on a swaybar. You could go an entire year or more without regreasing if it never rained and you never took your car off-road.

Besides that, regreasing is easy. No need to get a third party to do it. All you need is 20-30 minutes of your time, a 12mm socket/spanner to undo the mounts (you don't need to remove the bar itself), pull off the bushes, slap some new grease on the inside of the bush (I use an all-purpose petroleum-based grease so that it's a little more water resistant - stains my yellow bushes a little with a greenish colour, but lasts much longer), clean the swaybar if necessary with a cloth, put the newly greased bush back on, bolt the mount back on and then pat yourself on the back.

If your car is lowered, then you'll also need ramps or a jack and stands if you can't squeeze under.
I was going to procrastinate, but I put it off...
