Finally pulled finger and got the koyo rad installed and removed all legacy hoses, n coolers etc from when she was auto.

Have ordered a brand new front bar and will be going for a more stealth look now.

Moved IAT sensor to after the intake cooler, she is installed and plan to do wiring this week so I can flip between the sensors.

Installed the GM Air Temp Sensor at Matts last visit to Perth and Matt created a compensated tune.

Muuuch more stable and goes far better down low, she's bloody eager now!

Ordering a new Process West Oil cooler kit and will also have PWR make me a custom heat exchanger soon too.

Then stock front bar back on for stealthy looks :D

Quick update:

So I did the oil warmer delete today in preparation for a thermostatic oil plate under the filter when the oil cooler setup.

While idling the car afterwards for a leak check and cooling system bleed, it stalled.

Went for a spin and I do believe my in tank pump is on last legs as random cut out while cruising at 70km/hr stalling etc.

Gotta get that replaced before I drop any coin on oil coolers n new heat exchanger.

What a pain, has been running sweet!

Soooo the saga continued.....now we have replaced the fpcm...........still some issues but less.

After another failing to run fuel pump moment this morning Daniel at maximum suggested we replace the relay that controls it....Bingo, problem sorted FINALLY!

Thanks Daniel, this was in the too hard basket for other workshops!

(I couldn't believe the issue turned out to be an intermittently working relay.)

So as car running again, and Mc Matt was here this weekend, we did some tweaks.

SWEET LORD! Matt nailed it this time 8)

Thanks gentlemen for giving me motivation to fully finish this project car :D

Yesssss :good:
Maybe this is Parslows and Kim's issue too?

Is there a recommended brand/model of relay to upgrade to?

Didnt know they had an issue.

I now have a new 68024 Narva, thinking about this the old one was probably damaged by a short circuit by a workshop here.....

Its a 30A as the walbro 460 can pull 19.6A constant
