thats cos mine are from ebay and cost $40.... haha, i cant justify spending $250 on genuine rays wheel nuts for a set of rims that cost me under $1k... they are a bit light though. its too hard to see in those pics but i also have blue valve caps and theyre darker so maybe that colour would be better.

Your car is looking fantastic Stew. Prob one of my fave cars on the forum. I absolutely love the white prefacelift GT's. I may be a bit biased though being an ex owner of a white GT lol. All the car needs is a new grille and maybe a front lip and the aesthetics will be complete. Keep it up.

I have no idea what is considered too cheap for those rims, but if you think it's way below even cost price, look on their website for disclaimers about incorrect prices, if there are none and they try backflip on the price you can take it to the ACCC or one of those types of ombudsman places.

Or I'll just draw a professional dart board diagram on troys face while I shoot typhoid carrying Brazilian dart frogs at his eye lids, so by 6am he looks like a bung on duplicate of Phil Gould hepped up on a heavy dosage of meth phetamines and sulfur dioxide!

My mate has Rota Grids on his '11 WRX......

He's had them for 6 months......

One cracked on the inside.

You couldnt pay me to buy Rota's.

Just buy the real thing not some knockoff.

I'd be looking at their weight and warranty prior to anything else.

Mark with all due respect that is a ridiculous thing to say mate - there are so many variables that come into the equation it's not funny. How do you the environmental stresses leading to the metal fatigue? I find it extremely hard to believe that the rim crack one day on it's own accord due to thermal changes or general driving forces.

I also believe these are covered by a 12mth manufacturer's ／ retailer's warranty, and thus your mate should be covered.

I have heard nothing but good things about rota wheels from many people who have them including this forum.

The "rip off" rota gravels (Sti enkei lookalike) actually weigh less than the enkeis.

Its just a personal opinion / preference Mick. I'd just prefer to have the genuine article over a copy. If the copies were better, the genuine ones wouldnt fetch the price they do new or s/h as no one would pay the premium.
I have a hard time giving credit to a company that pretty much only sells wheels that are virtually a direct copy of popular JDM wheels.
