preferably stock position, internally gated, are there really any benefits at all going vband?

i also read they come with a bellmouth to go from the stock inlet pipe to the 3" on the turbo, which was my original concern.

The engine WONT be getting opened up so i'm not looking more than 230-240

if this is the case with your power objective? I would suggest gt / gtx 28 series? Blouch 1.5xtr and or similar.....

that bell mouth u speak of? all it is....is a adapter plate that goes from 3" to 2.4-2.5" ...actually restricts the turbo

Michael tells me he has fitted a few of the GTX 3076R turbos to the liberty, and says they are not a bolt on.
which i'm not too phased about. at work right now but once home, he said to give him a ring and we could discuss further...

yeah, i sorta went on a shopping spree on japan parts, the 'little' list kinda blew out,

Been a while since I've posted here but I'm after some opinions, expert and personal experience

Over the weekend I went out for my first track meet. Great fun.
Anyway, after my first run I pulled back in because I have been unsure about my fluctuation of coolant levels. Popped my bonnet and my overflow tank filled all the way up and popped the lid off, coolant everywhere...
I'm guessing I had lost at least a litre. Both radiator caps are 1.3 bar.

The temps were fine, sat between 88 and 98. I've never had it overheat, ever.
I know head gaskets are prone on these things, and the symptoms appear that way.
What I need to know is what is the best way to diagnose the issue?
Leak down?

And if it does turn out to be a head gasket, would it be cheaper to rebuild or drop in a motor from a wrecked sti?

I mode is 12 psi, S mode is 15psi and S# is 18 psi.
They are known to do heads stock. Like I said I ran a while with no tune for the minor mods I had done, boost spikes did occur.
None of it really matters to me though.
