Newest LV from last night :? Trying to embed the logs in a post but having trouble atm. Still not a happy car, the work car which is a yaris is driving nicer and with more power and throttle response than my lib atm :(

How does the mechanical side of things look?

Funny noises, boost leaks, loose connections, oil leaks?

Sorry for the million questions, just that's a pretty bad lv noise/knock wise :(

Don't think I have any boost leaks, I have checked the TMIC and BOV and the hose is still pretty well on the throttle body. When it's on boost it tends to hold it but it fluctuates a bit, like it doesnt make full boost yet it doesnt drop. My only noise I can hear is my power steering pump which is getting replaced as soon as the pump arrives. I can hear a bit of fluttering that sounds like surge when it's trying to get to speed but only occasionally.

Yeah your AVCS is clearly out of whack.
I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve with this log, as a pull should be WOT?
You got to 60% Acc and just about 8psi... correct me if I'm misinformed...???

Unless the car is not safe to do WOT pulls of course, which it may not be judging by your LV...

If you give us the 15 minute log I requested:

Roughly:
7 minutes normal street traffic off boost driving idle to 60kph, then a WOT pull onto a freeway to 100kph, then 7 minutes freeway cruising,

Then we should be able to pinpoint the issue with more clarity...

We did a WOT in 3rd until about 5500rpm but it doesnt seem to be there when I flicked through looking at the rev ranges :? maybe it stopped logging?

As I mentioned, use a laptop where possible, or use visual confirmation of the change in flashing LEDs in standalone mode when you hit the rear demister, so you know for sure you are actually logging.

Afaik the Tactrix needs a little time to write the log and get its shit together so dont rush the off to on sequence, give it some time, visually confirm and you'll be gold.

Dont worry about waste data as the logs can be trimmed but make sure the car is warmed up before proceeding.

I'll also note that it feels a bit off putting to floor it when the revs are dropping rather than climbing. I might try yet another log and see how I go. I've since updated my tune but it's very difficult to see if it's faulting in the same way now. The throttle is very strange and seems to hardly respond until its say around 60% yet I still noticed some strange stuttering with this tune. Car was also only reaching around 8psi and not going any further at times

IAM at 0, no DTC's: what the heck is going on?

From googling the ECU will drop the IAM if knock is detected all across the rev range.

So definitely do the 15minute log as I described but leave out the WOT pull please.

Thanks Benny, that looks pretty bad.

The ocvs are definitely out of sync around the area where it knocks, but don't seem to be the causing knock directly, because it doesn't always knock when they're out of sync.

Maf scaling could be better, but that's just attention to detail...

It's flowing quite well down low, must've been fun to drive without the issues :D

Ben - it's really better not to WOT at this stage. Besides it looks like the WG is fairly open, I'm guessing Matt opened it up to limit the power. Which is a step in the right direction, and we probably won't see very high psi even at WOT on this tune.

In short - get those OCVs sorted man. That's one (EDIT: major) thing out of the way, although I suspect there could be more issues under that bonnet.

Is there any point to resetting the ECU at this stage?

This is because your IAM is at zero, I'd say...
