Shame about the customer service or lack there of. I actually find that there is a massive lack of customer service in all aspects of life.

I run my own business from home and believe that if you don't have great CS then people will simply not come back..... Sorta need that in a business

You take service to a whole new level

:air_kiss:

Hahaha you know me WAY too well...!! Dont you??

Exactly. I would rather pay a little bit more and know I'll be looked after in the future. But unfortunately most people are just salesman, not business men.

Yep im the same. Its funny tho.... Its not hard at all to give good customer service or maybe because thats what i expect from people so i give the same.... Meh!!

Shipping was free but it took 9 months haha.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. It was touch and go for abit with Steph being rushed to theatre after after giving birth.

Any blood doners out there I want to give you the biggest thanks of all. We will be definitely donating after this experience.

Glad to hear everything is all right!

Shipping is never free though, the little expenses like foot rubs and extra meal servings add up but it is a justifiable outlay!

Some minor maintenance on the wagon today.

Replaced the foglights with a set I got cheap off eBay. My originals were showing their age and moisture had worked its way inside one of them again :(

Replaced the tailgate struts with some low k ones off a wreck. Struts are good as new.

But of course with everyone of my diy journeys some thing went wrong again. Removing one of the original bolts it decided to snap. So not too happy. I have drilled it out but will have to take it some where to get retapped now.

On a brighter note I have it booked in for a full detail this week so come track day (which I'm only spectating at) hopefully Jack will have some time to get some proper shots of it ;)
