HKS ES Premium Exhaust

Postby Akwoo » Wed Sep 26, 2007 9:47 pm

In the end I gave up waiting for the Trust PE-Ti exhaust to come out for the sedan, shame on you Trust. So decided to get one of these, saw it in Japan and its being used on the HKS demo car and loved the shape.
will show some pics when I fit it.

Looks nice!! :D

Does the "Ti" in the Trust PE-Ti exhaust mean it was a titanium one?

hey guys, fitted it few days ago and very happy with it. Not sure how to describe the sound. Overall a lot quieter than exhausts I have heard before and I reckon its probably quieter than the HKS Hi Power Silent.

When idle, car a nice purring sound and on throttle, its makes a awesome deep noise without being annoying and drony.

I can understand why its called Premium. In a few words, its designed to be at a comfortable db volume (avoids the cops), give great performance increase and looks great.

Will try do a video to show the sound better.

oh and I played around with a informeter and noticed my peak boost at 1 bar. Looks like exhaust and tmic has lifted it up. I haven't got a boost controller.

No, it's an axle-back/diff-back exhaust.
