seanmau5 wrote:Yea figured that would be the case with the 370GT. A 2011 6 speed manual with all options can already be had for around the 25k-30k mark. As for the R36; the wagon I inspected yesterday was 29k with what I think is plenty of negotiation room due to minor imperfections that need to be fixed.

For my budget I'd be looking at an 2010 IS250 Prestige. Unfortunately I can't stretch to 40k.

The Skyline 370GT is a great piece of kit and very well equipped. Plus it's manual!!!

So took delivery of her on Monday and I'm actually in love. The car is great to drive, dsg gearbox is incredible and mated to the 220kw V6 makes for an exhilarating drive!

Some Euro style or prestige/premium plates will be right at home there!

Feral plates now reside on the Liberty for the next owner to deal with. I put the gold and black ones on and they actually look pretty good so instead of spending $400 on new euro plates I'll probably keep the current ones, only thing is I can't quite squeeze plate covers on the back.

Things don't stay stock for long:
- Remove the big ugly black plastic Euro plate holder
- Supersprint or Bastuck catback exhaust which will eventually be paired with headers
- Wheels will be refurbished and painted black
- I also want to lower it but I've read that it plays funny buggers with the adaptive suspension; more reading required!

It's incredible. The power is instantaneous and it just keeps pulling. Huge boot but only a 4 seater. Get an r36 for more practicality with the same power.

Is the exhaust coated in high temp unicorn tears and does the tune come with a book of blowjob vouchers?

Pricey for exhaust system !!

Boost would have come from a liberty GTB so I'd say GTB would be more exhilarating

Fucked right?! I'll be going to City Performance for a custom SS system. Apparently that's where dudes with veedubs go.
