Or I could just paint the rims that were sitting in my garage for 8 months.

Picked up the rims this morning from Neway Wheels. Did an awesome job on repairing them.

Looking good Kieran.

When do they go on your car?

Thanks Bruce.

Maybe next weekend or the one after, going to shop around for some Potenza S001. Waiting on centre caps too so won't put them on till I got those.

Rims fitted today with 225/45/R18 Potenza S001's.

Took a couple of photos but light was pretty harsh at the time. Also only the rear centre cap is real (photoshopped the front one in), still waiting on centre caps because the ones I was sent were the wrong size, presumably for some WRX Sti rims or some shit.

Anyway really happy with the wheels, huge thanks to Cruisn for everything!

Looks great and very good tyre choice also.

The centre caps you were sent would have been for the earlier style tbSTi wheels. 60mm versus 55mm.

Which lug nuts did you end up going with?

I did specifically say I had the MY08 style wheels so I dunno how they managed to send the wrong one. But the correct ones are on their way now (hopefully). You are right though because when I measured them the ones I was sent were 60mm.

Currently still using the stock lug nuts, if I do change them it will be black mcguards with the sti logo on them for some contrast.
