so just thought to put my plans and mods down in writing for all to see...

having picked up a 2007 subaru liberty gt-b tuned by sti some 6 months ago now and trawling through the forum doing as much research as possible, i now have a pretty clear vision of how i want the car to progress over the next 12 months...

in going down the path that i am, i have chosen to try to remain true to subaru's original design hence using genuine subaru parts as much as possible however where something is not available, or clearly done better by an aftermarket manufacturer, then i have / will try to incorporate that into my plans...

my source of inspiration for this build is essentially everyone on here but with one or two being more prominent...

being non-technically minded there are a few parts yet to be installed, and without the time to really sit down of an afternoon and fiddle about those parts have been sitting in the boot for a while, but hopefully that can be rectified in the not too distant future...

Good luck with the modding, and I think you should definitely get rid of the 07 rims, they look crap (imo) compared with the 08's. I'm not familiar with the rims you mentioned, so post some pics of the colour you were thinking of.

lets just get everything on the car first...then comes the decision of what to keep and what to on sell...

with regards to the rims...see the post from hamish above or just look at jimmys car from wa...exact same rims / colour...

hopefully not much longer to wait and have them on the car in the next few weeks...

so just a quick update for now... *updated first post with new parts arrived*

new parts have arrived from michael (phat gt) this week...well actually last week they arrived but someone on reception forgot to tell me... :x

so first things first...the tein s-tech springs are being fitted this weekend by the good guys down at pedders south melbourne (thanks john!)...

slowly but surely i will start adding the rest of the parts to the car as well...hopefully get some pics to document it all too...

*oh and a big thanks to keiran for his help on the install of the LED's over the weekend...you should ask leo for a commission as i now have a new order in with him...
