Nice ride aswell mate, very clean :D

Cheers Nick! Your ride is much more cleaner than mine though! :D keep up the good work your car developments, very detailed and good approach on mods.

in regards to your question on the ECU datascanner....I FARKEN LOVE IT! you can choose digital or analogue displays, look up fault codes, make MANY adjustments in realtime, it's got 1/4 mile and 0-100 test times and the list goes on and on! it's a ALL IN ONE! bit expensive....but it's bang for buck in my opinion...and Daren from ecu data scanner is great! answers any questions or faults I've had, keeps me updated when he can on software / hardware changes....basically a GREAT GOOD BLOKE!....just like phat gt!

Thanks mate for the run down, im seriously considering buying the ECU Datascan. Love how many parameters that it reads, gives you a really good idea on whats going on with the car. Had enough trying to get that Vent Boost Gauge thing to work without it making the car throw a CEL!!!

Keep up the good work mate, cant wait to see how it all goes after the run in period, keep us posted!! Hope your enjoying the ride!! :D

Been a while since I updated my page so here goes: -

1/ Still haven't installed my cusco waterspray kit......been busy......but more importantly...LAZY.......might just get HP/F to install it....

2/ Still have for sale my rear diffuser from ultrex = viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11644
$100.00 and it's yours! I want it out....

3/ Also for sale is some NEW rear bumper exhaust garnish finsh alloy = http://www.avojdm.com/product_info.php? ... 3464f28687

I wanted to fit these on but didn't realize once I had fitted my varex mufflers ( them being bigger and fatter ) the damn things wouldn't fit! with the stock mufflers they should fit no problem, modified one's really need to try before you buy....Yours for $120.00 I paid $200.00!

4/ Going through a mini mod bug  and in the works of purchasing more little goodies and upgrading some things on the car.....STAY TUNED! 8)

5/ Something thats bothered me: - I have a small rear diff leak..overnight in the garage the next morning I see about a 5 cent piece of oil on the floor, bit more when I give the car a more spirited driving style... :)

Recently toke it to HP/F and they cleaned the housing and did a inspection....they are not conclusive but they said it might be the oil breather on the rear diff? will be taking it back soon once my goodies arrive and get them to inspect it further....From what I can gather...when I wipe my hand against the diff it does seem to be coming from the top....but since I dont have a hoist I cant see exactly where.....maybe it is the breather? any suggestions anyone? could it be the seal itself? and to add to this HP/F said the diff wasnt overfilled....

Rear diff leaks are common, I think Subaru has a seal kit for it, had mine done at the 25k service

Re: Jaydece's Mini Development Project

Alrite people....Id like to share the following parts that will be fitted on the car in the next few weeks hopefully! :D

Here goes: -

1/ Garrett turbo GTX3071r A/R 0.73 internally gated with 15psi actuator ( inspiration gathered from phats suggestion to gambits GTX3076r and my mates nissan stagea running GTX3071r pumping out 300kw @ 1100Nm, Xcellent Turbo! )

2/ Grimspeed flex up pipe

3/ Garrett turbo blanket

4/ Flex pipe fitted in between dump pipe and centre pipe

5/ Installing cusco water spray controller kit

6/ HP/F re tune of course

I'm sticking to the perrin TMIC, will need to make up a flange and bend pipe from the TMIC into the turbine housing of the GTX3071r, either using silicon piping or pipe...see how we go...

Power figure after this installation?????? :?: :?: :?: :?: who knows....I believe I'm the 1st guinea pig on running this turbo setup here I think?

and thats it for now... :)

Very nice work Justin........ HELLO BIG POWER

I pretty sure you will be the first one to run that turbo with a tmic.

btw its best to go for hard piping then soft silicon

hey mark, tony and eddie,

thanks for the responses! I really do hope this setup works well for my car....as I just told tony in a pm...I'm quite happy with my blouch setup...

btw its best to go for hard piping then soft silicon = yeah I agree but it might involve more mucking around to get the bend, length and angle right compared to just running a silicon hose....

cross fingers guys! :)

Hi Justin

remember there is a hard way and an easy way of doing what your planning on doing and i can see your planning on doing it the hard way

the hard way is offen whats seen as the easest way and more offen than not ends up being the hardest and the most costly way. what i have learnt over many years the easy way of doing things alway looks like the hardest way but this is not alway seen to be the easest way for most people in the car modifying industrie ,hence way most peoples bill are so high ......... i hope that makes some sort of sence
