Righto finally decided. From my opinion, (which is very limited in knowledge) this is what I feel will get me good gains without opening her up and spending big $$$.
Tomorrow- 3" cat back to dual tip X force 4" tips all SS. slightly modified being they are meant for a forester but I really prefer a particular type of tip over the liberty ones that X force do.

Next week- dump pipe for PHAT (will be in touch for fit mate)
Hopefully- week after tune from PHAT's mate Scott.
Bigger fuel pump
GFB hybrid BOV
LargerTMIC.
That's it for now guys other than replacement rims due to gutter rash from previous owner.
Poss CF grill and STI lip.

I think I may get around 180 odd kw ATW purely based on similar mods that you guys have done.

Thoughts, I have a grand left after all that????

headers n up pipe.

might as well finish the exhaust system before the tune, else you'll just have to re-tune it anyways.

might want to consider intake as well.

Oh sorry, yeah already got the CAI.
I thought I'd leave the rest of the exhaust untill I upgraded the turbo???
Besides I don't want a loud pipe as yet. Thinking of it though, I don't think headers and an up/ & down pipe will affect sound too much????
Anyone?

ermm... i did up, down and headers together with tune

i would suggest that you do the tune at this point. see how u like it before you commit to a turbo.

you will need much deeper pockets to take it to the next major point if you upgrade the turbo as the LGT didn't come with forged internals.

so, if you want to get the maximum out of a turbo upgrade, you will need:
pistons
con rods
fuel pump
fuel rail
injectors (i think)

and just to make sure you can actually get power to the ground:
clutch
uprated engine and tranny mounts

and... brakes. i personally put the brakes option well above the turbo upgrade, but just a word of caution. just going stock brembo setup isn't going to cut it at >200 KWATWs. you'll need to consider uprated pads and discs matched to the brembos...

i suggest that you talk to your mechanic about a longer term plan to maximize your dollars.
