I like the idea of retaining the stock shitfer using this mod.

Anyone know advantages/disadvantages over say the STI 6MT quick shifter?

I have the GFB kit for the STi 6spd. It is adjustable for throw and it is much shorter than the stock spec B and noticably shorter than the STi short shift.

The down side is it's not designed for the Liberty and Sean (S&J) had to do alot of modification to make it fit. He said he won't do it again but the result is very good.
