Thanks Kody, It was only after I bought my paints that I realised you've done your calipers with the same blue. I love the silver/blue colour scheme :)

Its good to see I'm not the only one who likes the blue on the silver (I cop a lot of stick for having blue calipers). The silver hubs look really good against the blue, awesome job!

Give it time :D

I've had three randoms tell me it was rice having blue calipers.

Two had Honda's, one of which had lime green calipers. That made me laugh.

Hey mate, just replied :)

Yeah I'm still currently in the Bundy region. Liberty survived! :D On the Saturday when the rain didn't stop, I was almost caught in the centre of it all attempting to get home, I did a heap of water over the road crossings - deepest was maybe 30cm high. There were a few much higher that I waded through (about waist height), which forced me to take different roads...I ended up driving for 2.5 hours getting home when it would usually take me 30 mins. I ripped off one clip off my front lip front from hitting shallow water over the road too fast but it's now fixed. For the rest of the floods, the liberty stayed high and dry in the parents driveway, while I drove around Dad's Foz (total 5" lift, bullbar, snorkel, muddies, etc).....or SES vehicles. Did/doing a fair bit of work with the SES... the clean up process will be a very long one.

These are the latest additions.

Image
TRW (Lucas) Dot 4 Brake Fluid and Goodridge SS Braided Brake Lines.

+ a Waeco 8L drink cooler/warmer which sits perfectly between the two front seats, on the centre console.

+ changed my low beam headlights to 6000k HID replacement globes from Leo (hks180). Huge thanks to Leo for helping me resolve a problem, made it hassle free!
Now my high beams give me a big yellow spot on my white light :( possibly looking to upgrade them to HIDs. And then eventually get an LED light bar hidden behind the grille or in the lower air dam. Can never have enough light! ;)

6000k bulb compared to 4300k bulb

LOW BEAM :D

High Beam :(

+ I masked out the edge of the tail lights and painted it gloss black. I think it turned out well. Something different until I can afford replacement smoked LED tail lights.

Consider these: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/PHILIPS-HB3- ... 552wt_1397

Not as painful as High beams, and match pretty nicely.
