No offence taken. The lip has been on my to do list for quite a while, but they are hard to come by. I wanted an original STI version and I think my patience has been rewarded.

Haha. Drumming up future business perhaps? Happy to test them on my vehicle for photos shoot, see if satin black grows on me! 1st instinct is to go with a machined face chrome over a gloss black, but happy to consider alternatives!

Just playing around in the garage this morning and tried a new style coarse plastic mesh that I purchased of eBay (link courtesy of Cruisn).

Open for comments and votes.

EDIT: After looking at this close up, I realise how badly I need to touch-up the custom grille!

I'll take votes, but ultimately, My car, My rules, Okay?

What's the course mesh look like without the badge Mark?
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

Easy enough to do, but the custom grille is going to come off for a refresh paint job, then I put up some new photos. Don't hold your breath as I am not in any hurry.

Yes, precisely what I am thinking also. I kind of like them both, so when I get bored with one, swap over to the other. Another combination that I have not tried yet is the new coarse plastic mesh in the Subaru Sport grille. May not mount the same as the existing mesh, but I have plenty of the coarse mesh left over to experiment.

I like the coarse mesh far better than the supercheap one. Grill definitely needs repaint. :P

I still like the OEM sports mesh one also though.

I do not recall your grille specifically. Can you post a photos or link to where I can see one? Or is it the standard Spec B honeycomb mesh?
