Hello All,

I've talked to Matt from HP/F and it seems I will be able to bring the car in JZN.TME before there AWD dyno has a make over....The parts mentioned above are on there way from USA. Hopefully should arrive by end of next week or early sept.

Having said this: - TO ALL YOU SYD residents...I'm flying to syd next week with the family ( wed - sun )....I'll be staying in syd cbd around wenthworth ave, will be visiting extended family in concord, fairfield, revesby and visiting other places...

I've contacted phat and asked if I could pop down and finally meet GOD himself :D ( OH YEAH! ).....too bad my car wont be with me......I'm thinking of popping down on Wednesday afternoon/night...not sure yet....

Hey Ed? Wheres the video of your mufflers? :D I want to hear it!?

The box that the garrett turbo sits in is kinda small...but having said that....I put it up against my blouch and this turbo is bigger and heavier.......

I even tried just blowing into this turbo and it's amazing on how it actually started spinning....The design and technology by garrett is amazing...I should of got this turbo in the 1st place :D

MINI UPDATE:

I've made a decision...I'm going process west TMIC with hot side silicon included. I tried ringing phat this morning but couldnt get a hold of him, so I contacted kevin directly from process west and his done a deal for me....

Only concern with this TMIC is the strut bar hitting/rubbing against it....

So looks like the perrin is going to go to a new home.... anyone want a perrin TMIC? might even sell the blouch and TMIC together if anyone is intrested? dont have a price in mind atm

Jaydece's Mini Development Project

Great thinking there. Pw tm should be perfect match for the setup, the blotch and perrin will sell quickly no doubt. Try selling to the Rexnet guys too, probably be some interest there.

If you manage to ditch the silicon in general on the Process west TMIC you shouldn’t have issues with the strut bar, of course that all depends on how the turbo is positioned.

If can’t find a way around the silicon you could also try MY08 TB STI strut brace which is round and not flat like the MY07 which could provide some additional clearance.

OR just drive your car down tonight, leave it with Phat and bingo….. ALL SORTED.

Phat just rang me and I had a good chat to him, he reckons I should keep the perrin as its on par with the process west, he advised that I chop the end tube off and modify it to suite the gtx, phat has done this to other similar setups with no problem, I rang HP/F and they can do this for me no problem....so the process west TMIC is put on hold people.....

Tony? just read your email, thanks for the info, will keep that in mind if I decide to go with the process west, i'll confirm with kev when the time comes

Anthony? thanks for the advise on selling tips :D

I'm leaving for sydney tomorrow so ill catch up with phat probably on wed or thurs afternoon. Hope to see some of you guys up in syd

Thanks
