Porsche Brembo's.

Radial mount so I just have to make up mounts to suit Subaru's. Looking at making them to suit the SpecB 316mm rotors.

DownUnder wrote:Those are everywhere on ebay and gumtree. I bet heaps of people will be after your brackets. From a design perspective, the mounts seem easier to work with for an adapter. Looking forward to seeing them painted ;)

What colour are you going this time?

Oh also. looks like you could spilt them no worries seeing as the line to the outer side is external. :)

Not looking at making anymore than one set for these my own purposes.

They will be orange with white decals.

As there is a leading and trailing piston, and theyre forward mounted on the Porsche, lines and and bleed nipples will have to be swapped over to rear mount them to suit the Subaru.

Quite a few interesting looks on the freeway yesterday and a head turning stare from the officer in the passenger seat of the unmarked SS that drove past me.

Roof basket FTW! New wheels in the back, new tyres and borrowed spare on the top. Didnt even have to drop rear seats.

Thanks Tony. :air_kiss:

"becoming"? I think after 14 sets in 2 years im well there (and thats only the Outback).

225/45/17 Goodyear Excellence on a 9.5" I though there would be more stretch. Im very happy there's not.

Porsche Brembo's arrived today also.

Less height than the STi ones but a tad wider. Pad is marginally smaller, perfect fit to the SpecB 316mm rotor.

Only a couple cleared Brembo's. From now on all will have to clear. :D

Engine bay neaten up continues.....

All brackets are painted satin black now along with the air diversion plate I made and a battery cover I made yesterday. Now onto the dual catch cans......

So that didnt work to my liking.......

Rear rims were hitting the struts with the camber I wanted. I wasnt happy with the fitment/look with them adjusted to sit off the strut.

So I will sell the rims and keep the tyres to go on some 17 x 8.5 +44 or thereabouts.

You never know if you dont try. :D What it did make me realise is I want all white wheels in a similar design.
