Well all the usual ones such as boost leak, wastegate chatter, faulty knock sensor, stuffed cam gears, stuffed OCVs, boost cut, leaking BOV etc were taken.

So the car is being dropped back to springy tomorrow afternoon.....I've covered about 1200km and now its time to service, check and drain everything...

The car has been great to drive and it seems its settling down just fine, got some final parts to put in and minor mechanical adjustments....

So pending that outcome? I'll be getting the final pump fuel tune done and we will see what she makes...

Hear from me soon...

Posted up a quick AVCS log run L&R AVCS Vs Rpm ( all good! ) and my last LV taken ( needs work but remembering its my run in tune )

That log is a beautiful sight
Could I possibly impose upon you to log your avcs VVT in 6th cruise, please?

UPDATE Supplemental:

Went passed springy on Friday and they were doing some power runs and tuning sessions with the car....Car is making around 260-270kw atw on pump atm and looks like it wont make much more than that?

WHY? Well as many people on this forum, Springy, Phil and others have said? My turbo is getting out of it's efficiency range and to be pipe dreaming a 300kw atw pump result...it just wont happen....on E85 it will make 300kw+ but just not on pump safely...

To get me to 300kw+ safely I would need a turbo to flow around 60lbs per min + - ( mine is around 48-52lbs per min+ - ) as an example I would need a turbo like gt35r, gtx35r, xtr 3.5, etc etc

But having said this the car will still be insane with the amount of power/torque it makes under the curve compared to my last setup...it will be safe and reliable...and I think that's more important for me...

Everyone likes to see a figure with big numbers? Who doesn't?

But my main focus has been never that with this phase II....yes the car is ready for it...but I'm not ready....I just want a reliable, safe, fun car..maybe later I'll make it get there? but seriously? for now I just want to get her out on the road....away from the workshop and enjoy the F$@&%%$ thing.....

I'm not surprised or upset by this and as I have said at the beginning I wanted driveability and a street capable car having the right power band for all day everyday driving....

Car is undergoing some final checks and tweaks so I'm hoping to get the car back with the official figure this week....

I'm going away on a work golfing trip to ridge river Moama easter week....Opted to drive up alone....So I'll be sure to enjoy the 2-3 hour road trip going up and heading back 8)

I'll be in touch crew :D

Way I see it is a nice torquey responsive driving car on 98, and a drag and roundy machine on e85.
Kinda flush. Fitment is something. ADM as F*ck.

A good result on a 3071 and 98 mate. 270 ain't nothing to be sneezed at!

Think of it this way, at least if you get bored of the current power in six to twelve months' time, you will simply have to upgrade the turbs, minor mods and retune - 2-2.5k later and you have a 300+ awkw machine on pump or 340-350 on e85

I'm sure the long drive will be awesome mate - great to see a good guy get to enjoy the hard work put into this weapon.

All the best with it mate

Couldn't agree more. Great result Justin. Keen to see a dyno curve on the 3071.

Congrats and enjoy that drive mate. Stay safe :).
