I think on the TD05-18G it's the smaller(standard) size, as it comes in a 10cm too. I was after the same as you, stock engine with a mild power increase. I went on the advice of my mechanic as he said you can go a bit bigger with turbos on the auto as they hold spool between gears, or something like that.

I've got no regrets going with the 18G.

That's killer. Good to know. I seem to see there are more 18G's available for sale too second hand.

As I ordered and installed my PW TMIC and turbo at the same time I actually ended up getting the sti version turbo and just got the sti intercooler tubing to make it fit.
I did this as there are more sti turbos then BL/BP turbos and all you need to make a sti one fit is one piece of IC piping.

Small update - Car is at the panel beaters as of today. Getting the paint done on the car Ive always wanted. Hanging to see the finished result in about 2 weeks.

Hey thanks guys. Ive been in touch with Patrick and and Andrew and we are planning something. I'll be there between the 5th to the 8th Feb. So I have the car back from the paint shop and it's looking better than ever. I also have the car booked in to get the calipers sprayed up. Should really set off the look of the car nicely.

Will post pics once the calipers have been done on Friday. Stay tuned

I have an STI badge on my grille at the moment and it is like a cherry/magenta color with a pearl on it. Not sure why the badge was that color but it was my wife who suggested making the calipers that color to match, if not make it slightly darker.

Yeah I wanted to avoid the typical 'red' caliper look that every man and his dog gets. The guy whose going to do it is actually coming to my house and do the job. He'll mix up a color and show me prior to application. I want it to look classy still but not balls out in your face if that makes sense.
