You may have to loosen and make a very slight adjustment (twist) to the adapter on the tail end of the dump pipe if you have an issue with a leak. I had a custom system which didn't need the adapter and I just slotted the adapter back onto the dump as straight as I could, without fitting it back up to the stock centre before passing it onto you. Maybe just detach the dump from the centre and double check that the flanges line up... if that all makes sense.
