Advan RS' would be the way to go. I'm not sure if they make these Kreutzer's anymore, and the RS' are a damn sight cheaper (you're probably still looking at $2k for wheels though, in 19's, but that's half of what Kretuzer's cost new apparently).

Rota Gforces are the copy, they only come in 18' I believe. I would love to see what these would look like on your car, the gunmetal grey would pull it off very well I think.

from my understanding kreutzers are essentially the same as rs but one is more "dress" wheel with centre caps as standard and the other "track" wheel. advan rs are $3k+ brand new so id like to know where you can get a set for $2k. dont see why kreutzers would be double the price but i could be wrong.

I'd say you're right there Tony. I think the spoke design is slightly different, as is the inside Lip (it's a chrome finish).

Depends who you know I guess. Retail through your general stores would be around $3k but not many people pay retail.

AFAIK from the wheels thread on here, Kreutzers ran $4k brand new.

Thanks Kody. 4k is outta my price range of what Im prepared to pay unfortunately.

Appreciate the referral on the Gforces. They do look similar. I like them. For me, Im happy to stick with the 18's. It's a great size and they still look good as well as tire replacements will be more affordable.

Seems as thought the GForces have more color options too. Would Matt Black or gun metal be the best? I dunno. I want to avoid the brake dust being seen on them as much as possible.

Back OT. Love what you've done to the car mate.

haha as you said, who pays retail and whoever pays 4k for those wheels is an idiot. so much better wheels out there for fraction of the price.

From what I can remember, my best mate who used to work at Bob Jane said the Advan RS's retail for $800 per single rim

If I was dropping $4K on a set of rims, I would probably end up getting some sort of forged custom rims

I'd go gunmetal personal (I'm bias here). I find black rims just don't show the detail, and matte black in particular looks terrible when dirty (it goes brown). I have seen it pulled off very well though.

Each to their own, all I know is I wish I had the money to drop $4k on wheels XD

That's a super high price. I'd say max $600 a corner from Japan for 19's? Less for 18's.
Forged custom rims would definitely go alright, if only I had the budget XD

That's direct from Japan though Kody, I'm talking about Bob Jane who have "middle men"

Something like Avant Garde, CCW's or Rotiform would be nice, and different too!

FYI, the Rota G-Forces aren't the only copy of Advan RS. Ultrex also have a copied RS, which I currently have on my car (18 x 8)

I would love a GTB haha.

I am Jack, this isn't an update, it's just a wheel discussion XD

True, forgot about the Ultrex's Daniel. They're a nice wheel.

More like naughty thoughts of wheels to put on my next car XD

I want something that gives me a grin whenever I put my foot down, hence she's gone no matter what.
