Ohhhh yehhhh! Have 3 different photoshots booked with 3 different photographers. Wanting to wait to the car is "closer to finished" before I start doing photoshots. But on the other hand I do want some porn style photos of the car.

How hard was it to get your 245 tyres to fit without rubbing? What did you have to do?

Rolled the guards, the fronts are flared about 2mm also.
Built not bought, it's a way of life.

Jacked the rear up big time. The rear took more effort than the front. But it wasn't "hard" at all. Just time consuming.
Karl did a great job rolling the guards all round. The front guards came out a tiny bit like Karl said.
I adjusted the coilovers to as high as they could go on the rear to make sure the wheels fit. I Then adjusted the coilovers back down until I was happy. (whole thing took me 3-4 Hours)

The fronts still need to be flared around 10mm and the rear 5mm to stop scrubbing when slightly more aggressive drivings is taking place. Spent a little time last week and spending this week looking around for a good body shop to help me out. (my normal work shop doesn't do guard work) and I don't really want to trust some random bloke.

If they are still 245 wide and the difference in diameter is next to nothing you would have exactly the same result I would imagine.
Only thing that might make it different is if you have different rim offset.

I really wanted 245/35/18 but would of had to pay around $600 a tyre. Got my 245/40/18 for around half that was a no brainer.

Update on on guards/wheels.

-After speaking to a few panel/body shops they have all said I can't flare the guards that much without needing a respray.
$350

-They all suggested getting the offset changed on the wheels. Make them sit 4-5 mm further in. (Still clears brembo)
$75 a wheel

I'm wanting to go the panel shop option and get them done properly then a respray, just to get the front end looking nice.

If you are getting paint done, just get some vented DAMD fenders, they are 7.5mm wider than stock.
Part of the reason I am getting them:-)
