Updated my WTB!

WTB: Stock Macintosh PF-28241 Headunit for an MY07 >BROKEN< but with the fascia/hvac buttons intact.

I want to have fun reconditioning the fascia of my HU ;)

I have a couple of small scratches on mine, theres tons of dust under the clear window and I like to fix (pull apart) complex mechanisms like Cd stackers :P

Yes but really the down time has been minimal. Apart from the ECU bricking

Thats a great idea, worthy of exploring during the disassembly for sure.
The cynical might suggest its best suited for repurposing eg a goldfish tank :P

The only set I've really been tempted by were ultra rare Blitz Technospeed Z1.
Another finned flat face center crater design but 2 piece with polished lip.
