Wow my eyes hurt - great work there well done! :good:

Put some stars and/or white stripes in there and you could get a Captain America theme happening me thinks.

Thanks all :)

My final few new bits went on...
3" quad tips and a big core TMIC. :)

Chopped off those big 4" xforce tips. I think the hardest part in the whole install was lining up both tips to be straight and exactly where I wanted them. I opted for them to be higher into the bar so they were angled upwards. I reckon if I took it to an exhaust shop, there'd be a 95% chance I'd be unhappy with the job.

Tack welds in, time to do the full weld and make it look pretty.

Finished product...

Next thing was the big core TMIC (cheers sav_dan!)

This thing really was big. As you can see in the comparison pic, it's physically wider which made it a huge PITA to line up the turbo flange bolts. After I inserted the throttle body hose, we had two blokes pulling the intercooler towards the passenger side while another person inserted the bolts.... hope that's not coming out anytime soon again!

Final engine bay pic. Sprayed the air snorkel and fuse box cover a dark metallic grey. I'll still need to something about that yellow sticker on the radiator cap, and maybe install a modified engine bay cover.

Thanks Adam!
I agree 100%. I've always wanted quads and I don't mind the noise coming from the Xforce muffs so these tips were the cheapest way to make it look better :)

Cheers Newbie!
I went for a hard drive after installation and both outer pipes had just touched the inner part of that exhaust recess which just melted away that paint that it touched. Not visible though... I cut the inner part while test fitting so that didn't touch.
Other than that, I did a trip from Bundy to Brissy yesterday and back and the bar hasn't shown any signs of melting.

Thanks Scott. I'm not sure, I don't think it's a Kobe Motorsport one but it might be pretty much identical. I bought it off sav_dan who said he ordered it from the states.
