Yes A048s are uber awesome semis, get some heat into them like most things and they can get rather sticky ;)

They make brakes for Oz touring cars.

Yep they are mono4's, got Alcon 2 piece slotted rotors supplied and Ferodo DS3000's which i will use for the track.

Tossing up on either Hawk HPS, Hawk HP+ or Ferodo DS2500's for daily street use.

Very nice brakes Gambit, ive seen those alcon brakes fitted to an Evo IX and VIII MR. They are amazing from what i hear

Nice choice in brakes very similar to the AP Racing ones, DS2500 pads can get a bit squeaky when they warm up though. EBC bluestuff are supposed to be better fast road pad

Thanks yeah unfortunately the only pads for these are ferodo, hawk and cobalt. Will most likely get hawk hps.

I've been using DS2500s for years. They are a fantastic road pad.

Yep my first preference were the ds2500s but at $400 for a front set they are twice the price of the hawk hps pads, which are equally as good. Unless some one knows where I can source them for a good price, please let me know.
