Hey Shav,

I made an account with FFAU but it was more just to read posts, and not do anything like what i've done on club liberty. (not really sure why), I guess the liberty forums are a lot more inviting!
Yeah love the colour of your car, wish i could have found a grey or charcoal spec b wagon but the options are always limited!

Thanks mate, I reckon I chose pretty well too. But the silver was my next option if I couldnt get the charcoal or black.

Yeah Im still on Ford forums too but frequent here as well due to having more in common with these guys now. I was quite regular on FFAU and have dropped off the radar a bit since getting the lib.

So whats next on the list of mods for your car? sways? exhaust?
Cheers

Yeah I'm a fan of silver liberty's. They really suit black wheels and sti lips.

- I've already got Hitech mufflers- and I don't plan on changing the rest of the stock system. I'll probably go with some sways in the next month.
- I really want a new set of wheels but theres still heaps of tread left on the stock ones so i'll wear them down and get lots of use out of them before i switch them over.
- I'm going to get some Aero pods from garage88 soon, and probably an sti lip at the same time to complete the look!
- Then all thats left is some Tein S springs and I'm done for a while.

What about you? Any mods coming up soon?

At this stage not a lot. Really dont want to spend too much to be honest. Its still currently being leased with my company.

When the time comes and there is no better car to upgrade to, I'll pay the lease out, then do:
- TurboXS dump and mid pipe (keeping stock mufflers for stealth and no drone)
- bigger TMIC
- retune
- F&R sways as well as LCA bushes and RSB mount.
- Koni shocks (keep stock springs to avoid bottoming out and keep stock ride quality)
- possibly go Kido 6 piston brake package

But in the interim I gotta keep it low key, I have new stop tech pads to be fitted to F&R stock rotors to improve the braking. Getting some dynamat fitted to the rear parcel shelf to stop the rattle of the sub, will detail the front headlights to remove the dullness, and remove the mudflaps. When the current tires wear out, will opt for much better quality rubber to assist in handling.
Cheers

No problem. I'll make a write up in my thread about the stop tech pads at least. When I get the headlights polished and mudflaps removed, I'll post up fresh pics too. Just want to keep the car nice and clean to be honest. Much like yourself.

I've often thought about upgrading the rims but i really like the Spec B rims as they are. They look tough and give a real nice classy look to the car which is what I always wanted.

Anyway, I dont want to clog your thread Jay. Keep up the good work mate.
Cheers

If you do not apply a UV sealant immediately after polishing the headlights, they will just fog up / yellow even faster than before.

Yes the kit I bought has the uv sealant in it. Just gotta get motivated to spend an hour doing the job.

The lip does look the goods, but you cant enjoy it while your driving the car. I say do the sways. You'll notice it more often. Then the lip straight after.

Haha, might be a bit of lag time between getting the sway bars and the lip/pods. ($$$$$$)
The word "wish" won me over, i'll go the sways next!

Personally I wouldn't have bothered with the front sway bar.
