I do - turns out using facebook as a free image host doesn't work long term Stole these ones from my facebook quickly, no side on one sorry, but they looked too small on the car in my opinion. The comfort improvement was nothing that couldn't be achieved by letting a bit of pressure out of the 18s.
whats the tyre spec? I had 17's on for a while with 50 or 55 profile PS3's, speedo was only 6% out: lotsa comfort but not astounding handling from that tyre setup. Lets say it was touring spec

This was 235/45/17 RE002s compared to the 235/40/18 RE002s - not much of a difference. Never used my good wheels on track so not sure if there was much of a difference there. Not that things are ever going to be overly comfortable with these STi pink springs
Thanks Daniel. Going off the NASIOC wheel weight thread (7.938kgs) and info in another thread from Jelwin re stock 3RB wheel weight (11.4kgs), I can almost save 3.5kgs a corner with these wheels. Re comfort and lightness, priority is not necessarily in that order.. Now off to find some.
From memory they weren't that light? Similar to the tbSTi 18s - I only got them as they were the cheapest wheels I could find that cleared brembos The forged 17x9" wheels on my skyline on the other hand are lighter and wider
They ended up being a pain for the hillclimbs. Noticeably faster first sectors but I had to either change to third or bounce the limiter a few times up the hill
A busy few months - my clutch was definitely on its last legs and the car has just hit 98.000km so I figured I'd might as well do a major service as well. So out came the engine, but hey, while the engine's out, why not do some more stuff?
So in went ARP head studs and a Killer Bee oil pickup along with new OEM seals through everything as well as an OEM waterpump (cast impeller) and timing gear. Ended up getting a clutch put together by Jim Berry, a modified WRX pressure plate giving 3100lb of clamping force with a beautiful exedy sports organic clutch disc. Gave the car a run on the dyno last weekend and everything's working perfectly making good power still
