Not much difference, Idle is same, Start up is slight changed but on WOT is more aggressive but still pretty quiet.

Anyway, here's the boot I ordered, should come next week. Has a funky lip spoiler I have never seen before.

Might get it resprayed anyway as I doubt it will be in good condition.

Never seen that boot lip before! Keen to see it on the car. At least you will have something unique!

Cheers, I'm undecided as to what i will do with spoiler and what badges I'll keep oput of Liberty, GT, Legacy, spoiler or no spoiler. So I'll see what it looks like when it arrives (hopefully it fits, even though I think all gen4's are the same legacy/liberty/facelift/prefacelift)

Personally I like it debadged with just the oval badge left.

Id definitely be keeping the lip if its semi subtle. I like the bootlip spoilers. Even better if its a little more unique.

I'm a fan of the bootlip spoilers too. That one looks nice and subtle. I also like the STI ones but I wouldn't be too keen drilling holes in the boot.

Nice get Hamish!

New boot arrived & fitted today. After the photo's, I took the legacy rear panel off an fitted mine as It had some serious scratches on it (although I prefer the LEGACY badge then the GT and LIBERTY). I have never seen this spoiler before.

Cheers, hated this spoiler and the chrome window tint ever since I bought the car.

Any idea what sort of lip spoiler it is?

Very nice legs spoiler, its uniqueness sets it apart from the commoners.

A bit of research yields a result of the spoiler:

It's a K2 Gear spoiler and costs a small fortune to buy ($614 from Japanparts ex delivery, unpainted)

Also tomorrow getting some new Dunlop SP SPORT MAXX going on and wheel alignment. Then going to polish the boot/spoiler and get all the deep cuts and marks out as it is in average condition and then take some photo's.
