An awesome read gets my mind ticking. The urge increases at every page

A great build Grant. Is great to see the tuners, Matt and Edward, manufacturer, Tim, and some of the heavy hitters like Mick all chiming in to get the best possible information on the matter. Also those like jslayz and bbbenny ways having good insight This benefits not only Grant but the whole community especially us H6 owners who ALL have been tempted by the supercharger idea. Thanks to all that have inputted towards not only this thread but any information that will benefit others

If i have missed some of the main people involved i apologise as i have been reading this thread over a week so my bad

Top effort guys and girls too much to contemplate now so thanks

Thank you. In the end, we all drive subaru's. I wanna sell my GC8, but its so nice, how can I?
I want a Tribeca, but too expensive here. Its like buying a small house....Literally!!!

Its sad tuning cars you will never feel or drive with setups you have never feel. I have never drove a SC car. lol. hahaha Drove many Turbo cars, so you have to improvised in your feelings how such a car feels.

So in all, every bit of into to just do it right to perfection helps. There can't be always war amount us :)

I hope to see your power go up, vids of power slides :) !!!!! lol and great remarks.

On another note, I hear waiting for a Russian to come out his cold to finis his SC. I hate tunes that lays around.

Been a week or so just a quick update.

Sti lip from the US arrived this morning - yet to unpack. Ull be happy with my car now now Al :D

ID 1000's are being installed over the weekend and Matt will be retuning for these on 98.

Waiting on 58mm S/Cer pulley from Tim, 2 1/4" xforce mid and y-pipe upgrade from Best Mufflers.

E85 change-over and tune/dyno could happen towards the end of next week, hopefully before Matt heads away.

Ian, yes lets hope ur right, but im pretty confident things will go well and we can get it safely well into the 200's.

Its definitely got plenty of grunt now and sometimes I think I should be happy with it as is. But the dossier has always been to have it tuned to its optimum and
to get the best out of it without compromising the factory reliability of the engine, the cooling system and the drivetrain.

With the help of everyone involved so far I think we still have some room to improve power n torque and keeping driveability and reliability.

Once E85 and its supporting mods are complete and Matts ability gets it tuned very well, I can safely say that may well be the finish of the power mods.

Of course there will always be the up keep, first of which will be a Jim Berry race clutch and then new rubber.

Also will be doing Micks fuel pump wiring upgrade that he spoke of earlier. :)

No Tim I haven't as yet but a Jim Berry is in the pipeline. :D

The clutch has been fine since the Libs first big dyno day a few months back. It did cause some issues towards the end of a very hot day last time with everything
getting some punishment from the dyno stresses.

Talking to Matt, this next dyno run on E85 shouldn't be very long so hopefully the clutch holds up and we can get some safe accurate results reasonably quickly.

I guess the worst that can happen is the clutch gives issues  and it brings forward Jim's clutch install. Then one more short dyno run with it installed just
for a safe tune and accurate numbers. :)

Fingers n toes crossed it all goes to plan.

Just thought, my next big mission will be to learn to log. :?

I have made a little progress in the last day or so. My Sti replica PU style lip finally showed up, wacked it on last arvo. Sti emblem in carbon silver is on the way.

The quality of the lip is ok - good I spose for the price I paid. This one http://www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-05-07-SUBARU-LEGACY-GT-FRONT-BUMPER-LIP-SPOILER-BODYKIT-JDM-BUMPER-ONLY-PU-/301009600762?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item46159200fa.

Also got my ID1000's installed 2day and surprise surprise they are leak free. :D . Matt's flashing a tune in 2moro.
