Another small update/question.
So I finally get my k2gear back from the painters this week and should be fitting ot on the weekend

But the other week on a spirited nasho run got to the end and smelt coolant top of the rad was empty overflow bottle was full. Temp rose at idle but once moving it was fine.
Got a lower temp thermostat a super high pressure rad cap and coolant flush done.
Since that all was sweet till yesterday went for a cruise with mates down the coast for some twisties, same deal stop at robbison pie shop let the car idle for a bit and the temp rose again same symptoms.
So thinking (being optimistic) it's the stock h6 bar not flowing enough air ... Or a headgasket :( any good for thought would be appreciated.
This week will be doing a cooling pressure test then probs dropping off at g88 or nrg

sounds suspiciously like all the shit I've been dealing with lately.
Get it tested for Head Gasket :(

Sometimes you can get air lock in the coolant - when it was flushed was it bled properly?

Hopefully just air in the cooling system Chris

Use standard radiator caps the other bullshit ones are gimmicks. There's nothing wrong with factory Subaru ones

Unless its actually losing water, then don't stress
