those dam bolts....... the aluminum is too soft for that thread, don’t get too heavy handed and crossed thread it….. I retapped mine

I'm glad that its aluminium - makes it a little bit easier to remove the broken bolt. I might just drill thru the holes and put two bolts there up side down and use some dome nuts on top of the engine cover to make things look neat.

The BOV return on the inlet pipe u mean? Its still kinda in the std location - under the inlet manifold.

No, no pod but more air flow should increase noise...but i'm happy with it.

My strut brace is starting to show some brown spots on the ends - the bits that bolt up to the strut towers...

I am triming the cover to fit over the TMIC tho - it still fits ok but there's a gap between the cover and the TMIC. I'll post up measurments etc when i write up a walk thru.

Not much point... every intercooler seems to require different amounts of trimming.
