Chris, you're in IT - get a Tactrix cable, download EcuFlash, EcuExplorer and Enginuity. That's all you'll need.
* that's for the 2.0T, not sure if it'll work on the 2.5T
I've got maps of my ECU so I'll be looking at making a few minor modifications and borrowing my tuner's Tactrix some time to upload the flash.
