The above is romraider virtual dyno which is a tool to see approx power

So the new rear turbo housing didnt make it on in time for track day.

Will therefore be limited on the day to whatever its making now. A little disappointed because I really feel the 500 or so rpm of spool and 30hp up top wouldve helped.

All good I guess all things in due course.

Good news is I bought a defi oil temp gauge. Don't know where I'm gonna fit it now but have to make room for it somewhere as its pretty important to me.

Thinking a gauge pod on side of cluster column like Benny's prova one

So will have defi boost and oil pressure in cubby, oil temp on left side of cluster on dash pad, and my wideband gauge in the drivers air vent

R888's and new Dixcel z's to go on the car this weekend in readiness for track day along with new filter and oil (current oil only 985kms old lol)

Good thing Wakefield isn't hard on pads.

Poiting out you will have some monster acceleration and monster tyre grip = lots of hard braking ;)

I'm jealous of your 888s. I was planning on getting some but couldn't justify the cost right now when I'm only using them for a day and then probably not for ages.

I feel your pain on the oil thing, mine was only changed about 600kms ago.

Got em at 285 a pop so fair deal

Matt - I believe the z's are the best pad I can hope to run on my current SD discs

Yeah, they should get you through a few and for a track tyre they are very well priced.

I was up for new tyres anyway and didn't want to buy 2 sets so I compromised and went Federal 595 RSR for daily + track.

You could be okay, but you'll really be testing those pads.

And I'm the one who is all ears. See below.

Mick

I’ll bring some sand and we’ll can give the heads some further porting, should also bore the rear housing, also remove a spark plug for better cooling and most importantly weight reduction.

My go-pro will be on hand.
Not a soobi anymore, but still slightly dirty
