I did have forged 17 x 7 +55 GC8 option STi wheels at one point. They were cheap.

HEC's isn't a waste of money, it's the only way students can afford to study and ultimately work in the field they desire.
Are you purposely trying to come across as an filthy rich arrogant snob or am i just reading it that way?
Don't get me wrong, you're advice is helpful, Mark- but your negative persona and criticism isn't.

Do an apprenticeship in a trade. Ive just know a few guys still paying off HEC's debt and still not where they wanted to be.
Its not negative critisim, its just an honest, truthful opinion.

Great looking car. Love your photo taken from inside the car driving through the forrest!
Dumb question... what is an aero pod?? Cant find the answer anywhere on google haha
Haha a mate took that from the backseat with an iphone, turned out nicely!
The aero pods are (i think) an option/extra from Subaru. They are an exterior addition which sit behind all four wheels, and makes the side skirt and front sti lip connect up nicely.
Hard to explain but Paggaz has them. You'll see what i'm talking about straight away!
I went to Subaru and they only have the mudflap pods, not the "aero", but garage88 have them from $380ish painted

Like I said- I appreciate your advice, but when it comes to my education, I think I'll roll with architecture, not a trade.
Thanks anyway

peadya100 wrote:My 2 cents worth. Yes uni degrees set you back financially initially... and as a graduate your friends with trades will still be earing more. But given time the people with degrees generally out earn people without. Excluding teachers, nurses etc. Although they should be mmuch better paid in my opinion (thats a whole new story). Tradies dont earn fantastic money unless they work for themselves or work a lot of overtime and they cant all be sole traders. I have friends in trades that match degree holders wages, but they work 60-80 hour weeks to achieve it.
