Where are you going to fit the dead body with those two 15's in the boot?
You should get the car weighed prior and after. It'd be interesting to see how much weight you put on.

Hahaha, yeah I might have to cut them up into smaller bits and place them around the car.

Well, the 2 subs + box weigh approximately 58kg... So it's nearly like having an extra person in the car simply from that. I think when I added up all the weight last time it comes out to be around 70kg extra or something close to that.

Love the car mate! Whole thing is just a great package.
Two Q's though, could I see a pic of your rear mufflers and how they sit in the bumper? I'm looking at TCP's myself.
Also, where did you get your CCFLs from?

CCFL's look good, but I prefer the dead spot on the bottom.

It didn't really bother me all that much tbh. + looking at getting eyelids so that might just do enough to cover up the gap anyhow

looks good mate

did you do any dyno runs before/after header install? and you got it tuned as well yeah?
might be a good idea for us to do some side by side rolling start "races" on the highway down to track day :D, interested to see how much of a difference they make vs mine with just xforce centre+y and mufflers

nahhh i havent done any dyno runs at all, and I havent had it tuned yet.
But i agree that a couple of rolling starts would be interesting to see! I am actually interested to see how much of a difference there would be.
the factory tunes would be slightly different for our cars though ? would the normal 'S' mode be the equivalent throttle settings to the preface 3.0's ?

just chucking it out there, its a little bit hard to compare which mode would be similar to the pre face, Nick :)
Three different settings for an Auto, and one standard map for a manual

that still doesn't really say why it would be hard to compare.... unless I am missing something here ? I am assuming of the three settings the post face has, wouldnt the middle setting (being S) be equivalent to the one standard map the manual preface has? I've driven my car in stock form infront of a preface 3.0 wagon in stock form and when we have both given it gas at the same time (my car being in the S# setting), I've definitely pulled away. Pressumably because of the slightly more aggressive throttle mapping it has... mind you I could be completely wrong aswell. In which case... oops
