I found some old brackets in the garage and used them to rise the number plate, ever since Jakey brought the fact up it has been a major eye sore! I also shape them to give the number plate a slight tilt up which I think adds a nice touch.

I need to see how you have attached that bracket?? So can you take a pic of the plate from behind with the brackets attached!! Thanks man

So its been a while since I last updated.

Not much has changed for a while until this weekend, first free Sunday in ages so I spent it cleaning and changing a few things on the lib!

Its been back on stock wheels for a few months as I was contemplating selling the Rotas and fitting different wheels, but I have impulsively purchased some 225/40 Achilles atr sports whoops.

The 225 tyres have a much better stretch then the 215 I had on originally and they fill the guards up much more, great budget tyre to I might add. The only problem that arose from fitting the bigger tyre was a little bit of scraping at the front of the rear guards, I only needed to cut a small portion of plastic away and problem solved.

Today I made a few cosmetic changes to the rear as it was looking quiet dull. I decided to plastidip the outside of the tail lights black and while I was waiting for the paint to dry, I polished the exhaust tips and extended them out about 10cm more, this will do till I buy a full exhaust.

Some other things to mention are I installed some ebay spec window deflectors and sprayed the front grille inserts black a few weeks ago.

Also I know the taping up of the tail lights is overkill for plastidip but I was going to use acrylic until I realize I had some plastidip lying around.

Next on the list will be spacers for the rear, removing rear wiper and exhaust/tune.

Cheers, Ill probably end up re painting them in the next few week with acrylic.

Btw looking at your thread you have just convinced me to paint my stock wheels gloss black while they are off the car also where do you get those small side skirt pieces from?
