CLUTCH

Postby RICHARDB » Thu Jul 22, 2010 9:36 pm

Hi

I think my clutch is on its way out, does any one know how much it is to replace or can they be adjusted?
I rang Subaru and they qouted $1400 fitted, is this a reasonabl price or should I try to buy one and have someone else fit it?

Any advice or suggestions much appreciated.

Richard.

I bought my self Clutch and SM Flywheel, costs me around 600-700 dollars.

Where on Subaru, that costs you around 1400-1500 without install.

Installation is around 600-700 bucks(6-7 hours of work).

Try see on ebay or internet. Can safe money a lot.

GTB one with the flywheel and stuff parts only should be 700-750 bucks, need to check it.

Fitting should be 600-700 bucks.

Try to check it here and ask them the price:

Not bad if you can save couple hundreds of dollars. And if you don't want to put the flywheel, you can sell it and save heaps.
